Aspuna is growing

Aspuna Group is growing, and we’re delighted to welcome Nicki Hayes back as a non-executive director. She will lead on comms and steer our business development plan. Having been involved in our business as a consultant since Cambridge Social Ventures introduced us in 2017, she is ideally positioned to support our growth.

Alongside her role with Aspuna Group, Nicki is a partner at The Communication Practice, a drama-based training company specialising in building inclusive workplaces. She also works as a freelance corporate storyteller and writing companion and has contributed to seven books relating to coaching to date.

Previously, Nicki has also worked as a CSR newshound for Microsoft, a PR consultant, a technology correspondent, and a social impact journalist. We are in very safe hands.

“I’ve wanted to reintroduce international development and environmental sustainability projects to my portfolio for some time. So, when this opportunity with an organisation I know has a winning formula came my way, it was a no-brainer. I’m looking forward to being part of Aspuna’s next chapter,” said Nicki.
